I bought this sage to brew for tea (sage tea bags are sooo expensive), and found it a little bitter. It really helps to cut the bitterness if you don't use boiling water. I boil the water, then wait a couple of minutes for it to cool down. Then I only brew it for about 3 minutes, and that has helped with the flavor a lot. I haven't tried cooking with it so not sure how it fares on that front.

I used to have sage tree back home when growing up. It’s not very clean and dirty things mixed I can see some off the leafs but not much honestly because I know how supposed to be I understand is dry . The taste is ok not bad but even more noticeable with all the steams inside . Not happy with the product sadly
