You have to build up and get used to it, but it feels nice and relaxing to lie on.

Nicely made product that helps with pain relief and relaxation, but you may need to wear something to protect your skin as it's quite prickly

I noticed others had complained about the product arriving with mould on it, but I risked it anyway and sure enough mine also had mould all over the outer bag, head pillow and mat. I threw away the bag and head pillow (too much mould on those), but kept the mat and just hand washed the outer cover with some fairy. (I know I could return it but I just really wanted to use it now.)SELLER, SORT IT OUT. You can't be accepting orders when clearly your entire current stock is contaminated.Looking past the mould, the mat worked wonders. I have arthritis in back/legs. Laid on the mat, on my back (skin contact), for 20 minutes, initially pretty painful but after ~2 minutes it wasn't too bad. After about 10 minutes I found myself laughing for no reason and felt very euphoric. Yes, the mat got me high! I also felt drowsy, but in a good way. I stopped at 20 minutes, and yeah afterwards felt great and my back does feel better. I can see myself doing this every day. Magical stuffI have to give a bad rating for the mould, but I'm happy with the product (even though I had to throw away half of the items).

No me la esperaba tan pequeña, pero esta muy bien, bueno solo la he usado una vez y la verdad los tres primeros minutos duele sobre todo la almoada en el cuello, pero me quedé dormida asi que relaja bastante jejej

Va súper bien, me tumbo 20 minutos cada vez que vengo de trabajar y me alivia el dolor de espalda enseguida. Para antes de dormir también va muy bien, te ayuda a dormir si no puedes. Al principio pincha y molesta pero después sientes que te relaja. Yo lo que os recomiendo es que tengáis paciencia, os molestará al principio pero seguir intentando lo hasta que os vaya bien, está hecha de buen material y funciona como la original.
