Buyer Beware
Buyer beware! Raymond Weil watches require up to $560 maintenance every few years to keep running on time (as posted on their web site). In addition, if you call, they inform you to send in the watch for a repair estimate. Once you get the estimate, and if you decline the high repair cost, they will tack on extra non-disclosed fees before allowing you to pay for return shipping. High purchase cost, watch loses 5 minutes an hour, extreme repair costs, undisclosed fees, inability to get watch returned to you, and once they have your watch will not answer your calls or emails until disputed invoice is paid. BBB rating of ‘D-‘! Buy another brand!
