We have three dogs that require containment during the day. We tried the gate with pressure against the wall (we even used special wall grips), but one of the dogs would knock it down daily. We decided that a wall mounted gate was the way to go.The gate was not horribly difficult to install, however, I needed to make adjustment with shims. I assume that the door frame is not square.Once installed, performed flawlessly and it contained the dogs 😎

This gate is fantastic. It was very easy to install—my nephew did it in 10 minutes. It latches easily and the two toddlers absolutely cannot open it or push it out of place. Also since it’s a permanent installation there is no bottom bar that could possibly be a trip hazard for me! The best thing is that it swings both ways so when the children are not here, it tucks out of the way. One extra bonus is the dogs can be on one side of it and not push it down. It’s a wonderful gate

My newest chihuahua has decided to be a perimeter cop so I needed something to contain him to my deck area when we are just hanging out. This gate is perfect! I like that the brackets in the center allow for a precise fit, and like everyone else appreciate there is no low bar (to trip on). My railing posts are metal so I zip tied a 4x1 wood plank to it, painted it black, and drilled the end latch to that. I love the 180” open angle, and secured a hook to the wall to keep it propped open when desired. Gate is lightweight but sturdy, and eeps my dogs contained so my neighbors and I can all enjoy the day.

I’m sure it’s a good product but after consideration it turns out that we didn’t need it.

We bought two of these off Amazon. Come to find out today, there is a design flaw where the screw in the hinge bracket holding the gate into the side dislodged and comes out. One of ours popped out and we have no idea when or where but the screw is now missing. This is a huge swallowing and choking hazard for babies and toddlers. And the gate itself no longer works without the screw place so it is a fall risk too. We checked our other gate- that screw is loose too. Don’t buy this! Mine is not the only review calling out this issue- it’s not worth the trip to the ER for X-rays that we now have to take.

It’s better than described. We used it on our back deck so the dogs could join us without getting into the yard. It worked great and looks awesome 🤩 Great deal.

These gates are great. I bought 2 and will be buying 1 more. Super easy to install. Using a little common sense when installing into straight sheet rock lag screws are a good choice. They don’t come in the kit. I went through the sheet rock into the studs. Well worth the money.
