This outrigger system is great! I can now stand up with ease on my Hobie passport 10.5 kayak. It's changing my fishing success big time. It's much better than having to inflate your outrigger like some other manufacturers. One bit of advice, install it with plastic rivets on the body of the kayak instead of using the sliding track system. It's more stable that way.

L'article est bon mais dommage incompatible a mon kayak.

This stabilizer is one of the most robustly built units I've encountered – almost over-engineered in its construction. However, the mounting point design seems to be a significant oversight. It appears too weak to withstand the considerable force generated at the kayak's mounting point, potentially leading to damage. To address this, I had to implement a crossbar to reinforce the two sides. While the stabilizer itself is excellent, the mounting system definitely needs a redesign for greater durability.
