This lightweight, easy clean griddle is perfect on my gas hob. I have been using it for almost everything possible. Great for breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, burgers and any meat you'd fry or barbecue really.It comes preseasoned but I'd recommend seasoning it yourself before use, I used it for a week or two consistently before it was really non stick for eggs but it's a dream now.If using inside you'll need good airflow via extractor fan or close to a window.

Top ten one of the best kitchen items I've bought, used everyday, pancakes en masses, browning meat, searing steak, frying eggs etc. I it on a 80cm induction hob with linkable plates, I would say you need a big hob 80cm to 90cm if you want to use pans at the same time. Only real complaint is the handles can get in the way but you also couldn't not have them and I had to bend the handles up in a vice as it was too long for the width of my worktop. It's a good slab of metal and distributes heat very well.

I had an issue with the order and had to communicate several times with the seller. They were friendly and helpful throughout and reassured me that if I wasn’t totally happy that I could return the product for a full refund. I am happy to say that the quality of the griddle pan is great and fits well across the two gas burners. Looking forward to making smash burgers.

Although quite expensive, this griddle gets the job done. Even heating distribution and up to ridiculous temperatures. Came preseasoned and is indeed non-stick straight out of the box. More so after a few uses.

This is an amazing quality griddle. It sits flat to my stove and fits it perfectly and offers great even cooking. My old non stick griddle didn't sit flush to my burners and the food was difficult to cook food well on since it lacked even heat distribution. Plus the non stick stopped working within a few times of using it. Not with carbon steel. It gets seasoned over time, looks so nice I keep it out all the time and worth the investment.I did purchase the leather handles off the website but it was so worth it! I would recommend it to the home chef

Made In can do no wrong. This carbon steel griddle is perfect on the grill outside or on your stovetop. I've used it a ton of times. Cleaning it is easy, and I much prefer this over the Blackstone I used to have. It gives a great sear to steaks, smash burgers with the burger press and grilled or steamed veggies if you use a dome cover.

Fantastic for meal peeping it can cook anything and everything!Nice to be able to have so much room to cook on.I've been using it on my induction cooktop and maybe on the barbecue as well makes a great plancha!
