High and many expectationsโฆ some hitsโฆ some misses
One thing for sureโฆ they are loud. For the price, itโs worth the money butโฆ According to the specs, it states the freq response is between 80hz and 12.5KHz. The recommended HL crossover is 100hz. IMHOโฆ Iโll be surprised if it can hit 150hz. To be fair, this was installed onto a Street Glide. So essentially, it would be considered a ported enclosure. Not sure if the 80hz rating was tested and measured with a sealed enclosure. As this was just installed todayโฆ the drivers didnโt soundโฆ high quality. Donโt get me wrong but it doesnโt sound hollow or cheap as well. But SQ is lacking. But itโs def loud. Soโฆ quite decent for the money paid. But donโt expect too much from the SQ aspect.
