Holy moley guys. This is my new obsession! I’m a single mom so you know I’m sleep deprived and at any single moment I have a bazillion to do lists running through my mind. Great product name… and that’s the extent of positive feedback I have to offer. As far as easing a hangover, I found it to be 0% effective. The only way this helps with a hangover is by giving you less money to spent on beer. Would not recommend.

Working shift work can disrupt my sleep, but taking "do not disturb" helps awaken with noticeably better energy and focus.

This did help with my racing thoughts and some anxiety when I woke up in the middle of the night but it did not help me sleep at all. Also, it caused a bad taste in my mouth and caused diarrhea. I'm glad I tried it but wish it hadn't been so expensive since now I will just throw it out.

I have tried a number of these various hang-over pills and patches over the years, I don't really notice much difference with any of them.I usually take a big glass of water and a couple ibuprofen before bed, and if I am a little rough in the morning I do the same thing.I think the act of drinking this down with a bunch of water does as much as anything in the capsules. Or maybe it just doesn't work for everyone. Either way, I'll try again seeing as 4th of july is upcoming.
