Fantastic washer, I love the washer machine, I always buy Hoover washer and dryers. It's very quiet and easy to use. My 10kg load is great, I definitely recommend it and great value for money. Delivery was very good, it came a later then expected but the delivery men were very professional and lovely, very happy with it. Very sturdy and no moving about.

Surprisingly happy with this washing machine. Good price and works really well only annoying bit is arrived dented even tho it's new and the soap drawer is a little flimsy but worth the money.Was dreading it being much worse than my hotpoint aqualtis that served me 8yrs. Time will tell

After not having a working washing machine for over 1 week I am delighted with this. It’s quiet enough, washing clothes great and simple to use. Also love the fact you can lock the buttons after setting a washing because I have 2 toddlers who LOVE to push buttons. I also paid the extra £30 for the delivery men to deinstall and remove my old machine and unpack and install my new one. Honestly can’t rate them highly enough. They were professional, quick and really tidy. They were even trying to pick up tiny bits of polystyrene that had came from the new machines packing. Such great value for money adding that service on. Even though my old machine was 7kg and this new one is 9kg the overall machine is thinner in size and fits into the space for my machine better. Also love the fact you can change the spin speed and temperature easily. The buttons are quite sensitive as they are touch screen which suits me great! Highly recommend the machine and the service provided by Amazon!

Great price for an excellent product.

Do not buy the product as the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. We had a fault with the trap not opening to drain the water and there’s an error code on the device. Rang warranty, first of all went through to an insurance firm who wanted a policy number, explained to them that I don’t have one as it’s under warranty. Given a second number to call, get through to the manufacturer. Tell them the problem. They say the warranty will not cover user faults like something stuck in the opening mechanism for the trap, and that it would be £160 call out and fix if they consider it to be a user error, or £80 if we refuse the fix…but they will cover us completely if we buy insurance with them for £6 a month…whilst under warranty.,Explain to them that the whole purpose of the trap is to catch items and they must have a design fault if something can get in the trap opening mechanism (screw out) preventing it from opening. What was funny is they asked how much we paid for the item before telling us the call out costs…which is just over 50% of the value of the item. Only had the product for less than 6 months. Last time I’m ever buying white goods from Amazon as if I had this problem with a local reseller I’d pack it up and drive it to the shop to get a replacement. Really think about the ease vs convenience on “what happens if it goes wrong” when buying big items from Amazon. Whilst not Amazons fault, the fallback only to the manufacturer for customer service really lets you down in a big way.

Better than our last indesit, does so many new things and the steam clean is an added bonus. Love it

Excellent decision, the selection was a good choice, plenty to choose from but the discription was one that stood out to me, very reasonably priced, all the programmes I needed, extra weight limit, runs with a low noise level, excellent quality and so easy to install, looked good so all in all a bargain for me.Ordering made easy, delivery was spot on no messing around, delivery team excellent, very professional and polite, no extra costs for delivery, would definitely order this way again
