Damaged computer- Great assistance
I purchased a HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop, Wednesday, February 28th, 2024 and received it on Friday, March 1st. I was so excited. I opened the box and began to let the laptop charge for 2 hours. The supervisor, Lloyd from Prime Global Distributors where I purchased the laptop, reached out to me. I returned the laptop and Prime Global Distributors reimbursed me. Thank you, Lloyd for your assistance.

Good laptop
When I finally find all its features it will be wonderful. I wouldn't have been able to do the setup by myself but I know someone who does. Love the touchscreen and clarity of the video. I think I will really love it when I know all that it can do.Thanks 😊

El servicio tecnico en el exterior es nulo
Tuve la mala suerte de que en el avión que a los pocos dias de la compra, se rompió la pantalla (se golpeo la carcaza y paso a la pantalla)Intente hacer la reparación en Argentina, como ese modelo no lo venden, no lo arreglan.Solo esta la posibilidad de arreglarlo en USA, pero los arreglos solo se pueden pagar con tarjeta de USA.Estuve 2 hs halando con el Customer service, pero sin solución.

Easy to transfer to new computer
Needed to replace older laptop. Easy to transfer files..emails..all info. Love backlite keyboard. Easy to navigate.

Not able to power on
Couldn't power on after open the box. Plugged in power cord, charged for two hours, still not able to power it on. Returned.

Keyboard not working
The media could not be loaded. I don’t ever leave reviews on anything really, but I had to on this one. It could have been that I just might have gotten a defective one but after a few times of using it the keyboard stopped working. It will come and go basically. It will work for a bit and then freeze and not work again. I did take it in to a shop to get it checked out but all they told me was that it could just be the system because at the time that I took it in the keyboard was working. But now that I wanted to use it again it stopped. It sucks because I really liked it and it was what I was looking for but at the end I decided to return it.

Computer arrived broken.
The computer would not power on and would not charge. The power brick got plenty hot though.
