I bought this product a while ago and forgot to leave a review. My cousin was asking for some supplement advice and I had to put him on with this product! This might not be the same for everyone but within a month of taking this and creatine, I went from curling 20lb dumbells to 45’s for reps. And yes I did have good form with it💯. It mixes very easily and it taste great!(fruit punch). Highly recommend
