O aparelho chegou com avaria, porém recebi o contato da empresa fabricante do aparelho, querendo saber a respeito. E resolveram a situação pra mim. Estou impressionada, pois não é algo que seja praticado no Brasil, realmente a empresa Waykar sabe fazer pós venda. Obrigada.

Produto realmente tira umidade do ar, mas está vazando na parte de baixo. Toda vez tenho que secar o chão ou deixar ele em cima de uma toalha. O medidor de humidade funciona, mas não serve pra controlar o aparelho a manter uma umidade escolhida. Toda vez que aparelho chega na umidade desejada, ele desliga e medidoe de umidade dispara pra cima... e aparelho, logo em seguida, volta a ligar. Parece que ele mede umidade do interior dele e não do ambiente, medindo a umidade do fluxo que ele gera.

I've been using this Waykar dehumidifier in my finished basement (about 700 sq. ft.), and it has been working exceptionally well. Great unit! Modern, clean design, lighted digital control panel, castor rollers for easy movement on bare floor or carpet. Also easy to empty and doesn't fill quickly. I bought to manage indoor humidity in southern Virginia. Noise level similar to ceiling or oscillating fan. Unit maintains desired temp on programmed or manual setting. The bonus was Waykar's direct customer service line. I called after hours on weekend and left message. Representative called me within 2 hrs and was extremely accommodating.

The unit is small and quiet, making it perfect for the family! It doesn't draw attention to itself, just does its job and looks good. The settings are basic, but they are exactly what I wanted.. nothing too complicated, nothing that requires a ton of thought. Just turn it on and go! I did have some trouble with the product, but customer service was quick to respond and fix the issue. I would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a dehumidifier for their home.
