Battery Wasn’t Great
I’ve had the ring for about 2 months, and have loved it in general but the battery is now dying in about a day and a half and while I know I charge my phone every day, I’d hope that a ring that I’m meant to wear all the time for optimal tracking wouldn’t need to be charged pretty much every single day.In general I LOVE the ring, love the app, love the insights I receive, in general it’s great. I still haven’t managed to make the cycle tracking function work but currently I haven’t even had it on consistently enough for that because it keeps losing battery 😢. Customer service has been very good in dealing with my concerns but still haven’t seen results sadly - hopefully things improve.
