I was starting to get really bad elbow pain. Once I got the right placement they help a lot. I'm not just saying it. I don't video myself at the gym so no video sorry. They are effective velcro holds well. Durability have only had them a week. .

Works very well especially on heavy lifting days, the velcro does fade over time. Need to create a new closure to fasten so it doesn't pop loose while lifting

I find myself re-adjusting this often. It's hard to use while working out so I use it while sleeping and the material is kind of uncomfortable on the skin for short periods of time. The arm loop loosens often and needs to be tightened, but it does work when you've got it fit comfortably.

I have struggled with lifting heavy weight at the gym and have tried many different to help me with the pain in my elbows when lifting. This helped me tremendously, so I'm back to lifting heavy weights and my elbows are not affected at all!!!

Elbow wraps worked perfect for me, I was able to lift more with confidence when using these elbow wraps.

I had high hopes for the TAVIEW Elbow Wraps for Weightlifting, but unfortunately, they were a major letdown. The fit was either way too tight or too loose—there was absolutely no middle ground. When they were tight, they cut off circulation and made my workout miserable. When they were loose, they offered no support whatsoever. On top of that, the wraps severely limited my range of motion during workouts, which completely defeats the purpose of wearing them. These might work for someone looking for minimal movement, but for serious lifting or dynamic exercises, they’re just impractical. Save your money and look for a product that offers better adjustability and actual functional support. Definitely not worth it.

These are probably the best elbow wraps ive ever had. They take some getting used to in order to figure out how to wrap them, specially if you're wrapping yourself and having to do it with one hand but once they're on, they're awesome. Very high quality material and the velcro is very strong. If you're looking for wrap style sleeves like this, these are it.

These gave me more support than my gym bro. Great fit, haven't fallen apart after a couple of washes and even sorted my taxes for me.
