Our cat Ej has been suffering with skin issues over the past 2 years on and off. Recently they became more severe and it got to the point that he just would/could not stop overgrooming himself. He would lick his back, sides, belly, his chest and under his armpit areas to the point that it was bald, red and oozy. His fur dried in those spots which I suppose made him groom more. I was able to manage his symptoms until this last flareup. This started about 4 months ago. I put him in the Cone and brushed him every time I got up to help him feel better and after a while I would take it off to see how he reacted. Usually I would wait an hour to see what the results were, but would have to put the Cone back on after only 30 minutes because he had done so much damage to his skin already setting his healing back a good deal. This went on for months and was driving me nuts, so I can only imagine how it made him feel. I decided to try homeopet and I have to say I am so glad I did. Ej has been on this for a couple of weeks now. Now, he he has been in a Cone for a long time to heal up the majority of his problem areas. I took it off for an hour a few days prior when I ordered to see what would happen and give me an idea of his current state before I tried the medicine, and sure enough he licked himself raw. It was red and awful. When the homeopet arrived,i began to give it to him in wet cat food 3 times a day. Ej doesn't have any issues with the flavor. He will also eat it in dry cat food with hot water. After a week, i took his Cone off again to see what what would happen, and i have never been so happy. He grooms himself like normal, but he doesn't lick himself raw until he bleeds anymore. After a couple of weeks he still had no red sore spots. Not one. I have been feeling him every single day to make sure and he is doing wonderfully. I know some people are skeptical about natural remedies, and honestly so was i. But frankly, cats don't know what "placebos" are so i can rule that out. All I know is that for 4 months, he has been grooming himself raw, red and oozy every chance he got. even though he had a Cone,he was still able to reach an odd area here and there. After using homeopet, he has stopped completely. Whatever the underlying issue was, he is doing so much better. His fur is growing back nicely and he is so much happier. No more warm sticky sore spots. I understand that this may not work for every cat, and that some may be really picky about the taste, so you may need to be creative about how your administer this. Also, you NEED to give it time to get into their system to work. For us, it took a week, but he was in a Cone to stop himself from making it worse. I do recommend a Cone to help them heal to give the animal a better chance. In our case, Ej was absolutely fine with it and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this product. It has definitely made a difference to Ej. I will probably keep ordering this to keep it in his system and monitor him daily. I am so glad i tried this out. The photo of him in the Cone shows he has a patchy spot on his side. He had way more on him then that. The second photo I took right before I wrote this review. By all means, do your research and make sure you buy the correct product for your needs. If your animal has hot spots or just itchy skin etc. I do believe in this product for our personal situation and am glad i did it.

I have done specific treats, foams, dip baths and everything under the sun to dix dogs red, upset skin. While those things do help with the skin not getting worse, these drops are the internal knockout that my dog needed. My weenie dog's flare ups do not go full blown when he takes these drops. When I know we are visiting outdoor areas that will cause him issues, I give drops prior, during and after and its amazing. Im not blowin smoke, just a real, TIRED, customer... happy to have found this!

This product has helped our pup, she's always had problems with allergies and itches/bites herself a lot. This combined with another allergy chew has helped take the edge off. It's not a miracle solution but allergies are a complex issue. Giving it 4 stars because we subscribe to this and the shipping is TERRIBLE! We almost always run out between shipments because it takes the product a whole month (sometimes more!!!) to arrive...totally insane. I think I'm just going to have to change my subscription to get 2 each time to make up for this totally crap shipping. As you know, supplementation needs to be consistent and this shipping interferes with my pet's health outcomes.

The allergy homeopet didn't react well with my dog who normally has seizures because I only gave this to him once with putting only 1 drop of liquid into his water and he had a seizure. Which the recommended dosage for a 9 lb dog is something like 5 drops I think like 3 times a day which I think that's excessive since 1 drop works on him but he's is also very sensitive to most medications (any dog could be so it's better to give less of something new at first to see how they react) but I had tried the homeopet cough which he had no problems with and it made him not cough and cleared out his mucous and actually helped with his allergies but the allergy homeopet didn't even help with allergies so I don't know what happened with that but all I can say is I write everything down about anything I use on my dog. I definitely like the homeopet products even though they contain alcohol and they don't tell you that but it's a crap shoot you have to just try different ones on your animal and see how they react every animal is different. But some of these drops do help and they are very easy to give but I don't recommend giving it to your pet straight into their mouth because whenever you squeeze the bottle into mouth you actually don't know how much you are giving. I put the drop into the bowl first and then add the water from a small water bottle about 4 oz in a small stainless steel cat bowl so I can control everything but put on food or in water if they are very picky some people say in water is not good but if you do a small amount of water when giving this it still works that's how I do it and they don't even need to finish all the water for it to work at least that's what I have noticed

Dec. 14th: My 10 yr old cat has suffered for years from skin allergies (licks belly/inner thighs bald and sometimes to the point of raw sores, also little scabby bumps at the base of her tail). Nothing helped, including vet intervention. A month or so ago I changed her diet (again) and started this homeopathy treatment at the same time and her skin cleared up about 85% (belly completely cleared up and fur started to grow back, but still had a few minor bumpy scabs at base of tail - still a major improvement and she wasn't licking/scratching herself raw anymore). I wasn't sure if it was this treatment or if it was the new diet that was helping (combo of both?), until I ran out of this but continued with her new diet. After several days of not giving her the homeopathy treatment I started noticing her scratching/licking herself more and more again each day, then more and more little scabby bumps started forming at the base of her tail and her belly looked a bit irritated. I am certain now that this treatment works! Buying more today! I can't stand to see her miserable! If her skin clears up again after this second purchase, I will change my review to 5 stars!!! Dec. 27th -update: changed to 5 stars... Her skin is 100% better in just under 2 weeks of using this for a second time.. I'm so impressed and happy to see her not miserable anymore. Her fur is full and shiny and she is a much happier and a more effectionate cat now!! True believer that homeopathy works!!!!! Not an instant remedy, but worth confinued use for a successful outcome!!! Must buy... Won't hurt to try!

These drops seem to work really well for my Maltese/ShiTzu. She was very itchy and her eyes were watering so much. Everything has calmed down since I started her on them.

This is a dangerous product!! It seems the alcohol has a numbing effect on the throat and a bitter aftertaste. It severely reduced my cat's appetite and after a few hours made him lethargic. After that he began vomiting multiple time for hours through the night. His skin seemed to react as well. If one's cat isn't as sensitive as mine, please be aware that five prescribed drops in food will alter cat food flavor. The drops need to be disguised so a picky cat doesn't begin rejecting her/his favorite food. This company should find a way to create a benign, tasteless, dissolvable pill for cat food. Homeopet could do much better for pets. And the pricing of their products is ridiculous too. Very upsetting experience.

I've waited a while to write this review, 6 months in fact. We have a 10 year old pittie who has always suffered from severe allergies. Unfortunately she was born with a defect in her paw pads that makes them extremely thin. So when her allergies would flare up, she would lick her feet and in turn basically lick her poor pads into open wounds, all 4 feet in a short period of time. We don't allow her to lick so she would do it while we were sleeping and find a way even with a cone. She could barely walk for days while it was healing and was miserable. We had to wrap her feet constantly through vets instructions. We've had her on a bunch of meds from the vet as well, all seemed to have crappy side effects. Steroids worked the best for her but she was listless and very uncomfortable while taking them, also accidents in the house. Plus they are hard on a dog's body over time. I took a chance on homeopets skin and itch like I have countless products before. It's only $7, why not. I'm in no way exaggerating when I say her "breakouts" stopped almost immediately. I first purchased this in November of 2021 and she's been on it ever since. Not one time has she has a bad flare up since then. She was having near constant flare ups last year to the point where she wasnt moving around much anymore because of the pain in the open wounds on her pads, even with all the meds. Now she can finally be off the steroids and pain meds for the first time since she was 2 years old! She will be on this product for the rest of her life. I'm a bit sad I didn't find this product years ago because she finally has her energy and spark back being able to run around again. I tell everyone I know with a pet with allergies about this and have bought it for friends. Even for her size, it lasts quite a while as well. She gets 15 drops a day per her weight. I add a bit of water to her kibble in case the product isn't super tasty and she doesn't mind a bit. If she seems like she might be starting to get itchy, I'll give her two doses a day and she hasn't had a breakout yet. I'm super thankful this product exists and I hope it works as well for your pet too!

Socrates my 11 year old crossed Golden Retreiver/Moutain Pyrenee's stopped licking his paws and bitting his inside back legs after only 6 doses. After 2 (very expensive) steroid prescriptions from the vets to stop my cat from scratching/ over grooming I turned to this in hope that it would offer a more permanent and natural solution. After 3 days of using this product we have noticed a huge difference in my cats fur and behaviour - very pleased with this product

I have been trying different products for my maine coone 8yr old male cat. He has been scratching to the point of having little cuts on him. This product works great. I started out with 5 drops twice daily on his wet food and now just give once daily and he is not scratching anymore.
