They come in a small re-useable packet.I've tried them on my shirts, they fit the cuffs really well, and give a better look to a cuff instead of the standard button. They also give that extra life to a shirt that may have become a bit 'snug' around the collar.I think I'd use three at a time - one on each cuff, and one on the collar. That leaves three spare buttons for when I eventually lose them...An excellent addition to the 'going out' wardrobe, and not a lot of money spent (£4.39 at time of writing) on giving your shirts a new lease of life.Recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by M***H on 18 June 2024* I love these!Somewhere in my development - probably when I was a firefighter - I gained a wide neck.
