Perfect match for my kitchen sink faucet. Heavy duty built.As another customer mentioned the faucet has a some type of serial number stamped on the open/close handle. Not a mayor problem because is not visible from the side. I am very happy with this purchase.

This was the tallest RO faucet I could find in the style that matched the kitchen faucet. I wanted one tall enough to refill a gallon jug on the counter. The kettle fits too. Handle up - off. Handle down - on.Installation was about average for working under the sink. The mount is secure. Plastic parts tighten by hand. Metal parts tighten with wrench. I like the push connectors. No leaks.

My previous faucet broke in 4 years because it was short (8.5in tall) and had a lot of abuse when we were trying to use it around an overly crowded sink. I was looking for something taller. This one is 2.5 inch taller and it makes a significant difference in ease of use in our environment. I liked everything about the faucet - height, design, quality, installation, instructions, packaging, delivery - all. However, I have an improvement suggestion that I'd benefit from.The bottom ring or a base of the faucet is 1.65in diameter (according to specs). Appearantly, we have a standard 1.5in hole drilled in the countertop for the faucet. 1.65in base is barely overlaps 1.5in hole. It cover it, looks great, but there is not enough of overlap for grab and sealant. Faucet is easy to move off its position regardless of how tight you tight it. You will need to use some kind of glue to keep it in place.If you have 1in hole in a countertop - this faucet will work great.If you have 1.5in hole in a countertop - you'd benefit from a bigger base ring.I recommend manufacturer to include an additional, 2in ring in a package for the end user to choose one or another.

This faucet is attractive and appears well made. It was easy to install. Initially it seemed to drip but the dripping stopped after a half day. It does retain some water in the spout after using it and that drips out for a bit but once that is done it remains dry.

Remodeled kitchen and bought new sink faucet and this RO faucet. Easy install, looks great and no leaks at all. Extremely happy with purchase!

Liked the style and operation of this faucet but now, 2 years after purchase, its drip, drip, drip and getting worse.Update after contacting manufacturer: I was told by a representative of the manufacturer to buy a new one. Given only 2 years of use, you can bet I won't be buying anything from this company again.

This is a replacement for an older one. I cannot believe how much faster the flow is! I can fill my water bottle and glasses in half the time! Plus it looks great and is very sturdy.

Perfect match to my main faucet.. its a solid weighted unit in a nice brush finish.. the nozzel is a permanent mount and is of a larger thicker tube than others i have installed..
