I bought this to keep my knees warm when I wear shorts. I wanted a product with color close to my skin tone so it does not stand out too much, and comfortable to wear for long time. Most important to keep my knees warm. This product does the job. That are comfortable even for all day. I can do all normal activities (walk, climb stairs, bend my knees). The only complaint I have is that I have to pull the portion above knee up from time to time to straighten it.

These are too thin to make a difference. Doesn’t protect knees of a dancer.

Funny this item is advertised us “non – trace”, because it’s the thickest and bulkiest pair of knee sleeves that I’ve tried. I think it’s truly just for “warming purposes” in cases of arthritis. If you’re hoping for compression, support and something you can conceal under clothing, these are not it.
