When I was a teen I used this product. We didn't have blow dryers then. It was a hooded dryer only. I had long hair. This product was handy back then. I never really expected it to be the same product. I am in my 70s now. My hair is long. I wanted to try it, hoping this would help me in humid weather. Works great. My hair stays the way I want it to, not getting frizzy. Last all day. Excellent value for the money.

This is really drying, but it hurts cause its the only thing that worked against my frizz and held up amazingly during my work week. However my photo is decieving. I didnt use this product on the photo, but i just took one so that if you have my texture, youd probably get the same results i did. It smells like a lady honestly but in a good way. Very bold but gentle and the shine it gave was good. Just ig dont use alone? Use the full line. (I wont but if u really want to try do so bc it didnt mix with products I had on hand.

I think my mother used this gel! it was invented the year I was born (1965); a great year for all things. :-) this leaves my hair bouncy & shiny with more control and volume. you can do pin curls or rollers with it as well; I just put a bit in my damp hair after a shower and blow dry it until it's 60 to 70% dry. smells neutral, nice hold, not sticky at all, simple to use and a good value.

Well first impression, I see why it was in another bag. Kind of was hoping for more of a seal, but seems like I got mostly wasted product and i couldn’t tell honestly if it’s been used. My daughter does like this product works well for her curly hair. Smells good, not super sticky on the hands, easy to wash off. Feels like a lightweight gel and holds her curls well. * she does also use other products on her hair with this product too. *hair is uneven because we had an scissor accident lol so it’s growing out.

This gel is amazing! I have 2C hair. It's wavy and really frizzy. The hair looks good on wash day and gets frizzy the next. After using this gel, my hair is much more defined and my hair looks great even on day 4! I also have to ad that I started sleeping in a silk scarf instead or a bonnet and it has been helping to keep the curls for longer. I 100% recommend this gel. It does not feel scrunchy. It does not get rid of frizz completely but I like that because it gives me volume.

It definitely does the job. It holds your curls nice and neat so it doesn't look frizzy! Smells lovely too. Easy to use and good for their price.
