Not to shabby
Bike seems good so far. Easy to assemble and the brakes seem decent.

Great bike!
Well made and happy with purchase. Bike did ship with some paint chips and a few scratches but I figured my 9yo would do worse. Purchased in November 2025 and still growing strong end of April 2026. Itโs used daily. Would recommend. The disc brakes are fantastic!! Purchased the 24โ for 9yo boy.

It's decent enough.
Mine works great after 30+ miles, no complaints. Adding this note after 54 miles + No complaints, it's been a great bike in the 27.5" I'm 5 ft.11 and a half, and I put rear rack and basket on this bike, and I use it to transplant many trees. (oak) and this fall I'll be out planting brown acorns., I'm an old man almost 69 and I've been at it for many years..Just in case you wish to plant brown acorns as well this fall, it's easy to do, poke a hole in the ground, just enough to lay the acorn on it's SIDE, (The root, and plant both come out the same end) cover with a little dirt..

Good for it's price
Bike was in good shape when it arrived. Following the manual, it was easy to couple. Has a smooth movement when riding. The major issue I have with the bike was the gear which hardly enters the higher gear when you try to change it from 1 to 2 or from 2 to 3. I tried reaching out to the company a couple of times, and I kept receiving electronic response from them rather than connecting me to a customer care representative. Outside the gear and bad communication system with the company, the bike size is OK for tall people, and the weight of the bike is light for easy riding.

Bought two bikes. Both arrived with hidden shipping damage, and the frame makes it unrepairable.
I ordered two Ktaxon Mountain 21-speed front suspension bikes. I live a long way from any bike shop, so I needed bikes that would arrive ready to ride and hold up without professional service. Neither one did. Both bikes arrived with the rear derailleur hanger bent inward toward the spokes. The damage wasn't obvious during assembly, and we didn't catch it until our first ride. We got about 30 minutes of riding on paved walking trails before both bikes failed the same way: the derailleur moved into the spokes, got caught, and was destroyed. That pulled the hanger even further out of line and damaged the spokes on both wheels. This wasn't rough trail riding. It was easy riding on pavement. On most bikes, the derailleur hanger is a small replaceable part designed to bend or break so the frame doesn't have to. On these bikes, the hanger is welded directly to the steel frame. There is no replaceable part. Once it bends, you're left trying to straighten the frame itself or replacing the frame. Between a new derailleur, spoke or wheel repair, and dealing with the hanger, the repair cost quickly exceeds what the bike is worth. Assembly had problems too. Several screws stripped out during normal assembly. I'm a welder and fabricator, so I was able to drill out the damaged holes and tap new threads. A typical buyer would not have the tools or experience to do that, and nobody should have to do it on a brand new bicycle. The frames are also very heavy, which matters on a bike with a front suspension fork and 21 speeds that's being sold as a trail bike. Customer service I contacted the manufacturer about both bikes. They only refunded 50% of the purchase price. That leaves me with half my money gone and two bikes that can't be ridden without repairs costing more than they're worth. For a failure caused by shipping damage and a frame design that can't be fixed, half a refund is not a fair resolution. Warning to other buyers If you're considering these bikes, know what you're getting. The frames are heavy, the hardware strips out easily, and the welded-on derailleur hanger means one bent part can end the life of the bike. Shipping damage to that hanger can be hard to see, and it may not show up until the derailleur is already in the spokes. If something goes wrong, based on my experience, don't expect the manufacturer to make it right. If you do buy one anyway, check the rear derailleur alignment carefully before your first ride, and make sure the derailleur has plenty of clearance from the spokes in the lowest gear. If you're remote like I am and can't get a bike to a shop, I would not recommend these. Spend a little more on a bike with a replaceable derailleur hanger and a company that stands behind its product.

Grab a secondary seat
The bike in my opinion isnโt bad at all, just buy a better seat! As soon as i sit on the bike the back end raises and the front of the bike crushes my man parts

The bike is great for a teenager. No issues at all
Package arrive on time. Everything was good when I took it out of the box. It took me 20 minutes to build the bike which was easy for me cause I watched the video. Iโve driven the bike for a week now and I love it!

Good bike for the price
The assembly was surprisingly easy, took me like 20 minutes. The frame is solid, and the shifter, gears, and cables all work just fine. It looks really nice too. It's a good size for a teen. It's not for rough trail riding or dirt jumping but if you are looking for a basic mountain bike for an affordable price, this one exceeded expectations.
