Jacket was lovely and very well made but very much not true to sizeI ordered a large so there would be wriggle room in it but it came and it never met in the middle so I couldn’t fasten the zipSo I’ve ordered an XXL because the coat is so nice and just what I’m looking for.

Was a bit disappointed with the colour. It's a good fit. Lightweight and comfortable. It's quite warm. Also bought the purple one. Looks exactly like the picture

Jacket has been very lightly used. Zip was troublesome from day one, but we managed. However less than 8 months since purchasing the coat, and as I previously mentioned, it being very lightly used, the zip now no longer works. No teeth broken, it just doesn't zip up anymore.Contacted the seller, sent photos of the issue as best I could. Seller suggested I got the zip replaced and offered a 20% refund on the purchase price of the jacket. Sadly the cost of a replacement zip would outweigh the 20% refund offered, so I have elected to donate the jacket to a clothing charity.Wasn't an overly expensive jacket, but sometimes you do get what you pay for.Very disappointing purchase.

The item was delivered in a clear plastic bag, which meant that it was visible to the people in the house. This item was ordered as a present for someone in the house, who happened to be the person it was handed to. The item should have been wrapped in packaging that didn't allow the item to be seen.The jacket was Marketed as a winter coat, but is a lot thinner than I expected.

Lovely jacket. It is so light in weight but surprisingly warm. I'm a size 16 and the XL fits perfectly. It looks good too. There are 2 large inside pockets as well as two outer ones. The cuffs are slightly elasticated as is the hood so will keep the wind out. As it's so light it would be perfect for taking on holiday just in case you need a coat. Really pleased with my purchase.

I thought l was sending off for a beautiful corn flower blue jacket as depicted in photo ... sadly not !it is a murky blue /grey very dreary can't be bothered to send it back good enough quality cosy and light but so very disappointed in colour so be warned it's definitely not a pretty blue .
