Great Coffee Machine & Value for Money ☕ I’ve been using the Wonderchef coffee machine and overall, I’m very happy with its performance. It works smoothly, makes good-quality coffee, and is easy to use. The build quality is also quite good for the price. A great choice for anyone looking for a reliable coffee machine at an affordable price. Definitely value for money!

The product is a 20 bar machine which makes it an excellent product. After purchasing it started leaking within 1 year. The service centres for wonderchef are non existent even in a metro like hyderabad. The call centre number is non existent and the customer care emails offer lip service only. With zero post sales services even in a metro it may not be a wise idea to select wonderchef. Select 20 bar from companies like croma Murphy Richards philips Or nespresso which have service centres.. Currently my 9900 investment lies a waste

I really like the coffe machine, it's compact and does it's job, and brew good coffee. After first purchase , I really liked the product, so ordered it second time for my parents as well. In the second purchase , I got product that had manufacturing defect, so had to do back and forth between the service center and the issue was sorted.

I’ve really enjoyed making coffee with this machine. It heats up quickly and produces a smooth, rich espresso with a nice crema. The steam frother is a great addition and works well for making creamy cappuccinos and lattes at home. I also like the sturdy metal portafilter, which feels more reliable than the usual lightweight ones. The controls are fairly simple to understand, so it doesn’t take much time to get used to. The 1.5L water tank is convenient when making multiple cups, and cleaning it afterwards is quite easy. Overall, it’s a practical and enjoyable coffee maker for everyday use.

There's absolutely no doubt that the product does make good espresso. But its temperature gauge was broken. And now, thanks to that, I have to take up this issue with the Wonderchef Regenta. Obviously amazon isn't at fault here in case people are wondering why don't I just return the item. But as per the espresso, it tastes good.

Three times, my complaint was marked as "Resolved" in their system without a single technician ever visiting my house. ​False Excuses & Manipulation: The technician repeatedly gave false excuses for not showing up. To manipulate their internal metrics, they falsely logged my complaint under a completely different category and closed it without providing any resolution or fix. ​Zero Accountability: After spending hard-earned money on an expensive appliance, I have been left with a dead machine and absolutely no support. No one in the company bothers to follow up or fix the issue
