This product came with everything as expected

The media could not be loaded.  This set is great especially for beginners. The turn table and the utensils are great however the piping heads are cheaply made and are not sturdy. It’ll get the job done, but if you want a better job done, buy quality piping tips. Also, the cake leveler is not broken. It comes “broken” so it can fit in the box. There are directions on how to “fix” it on the back side of the piping tip guide. I made the cakes above using this set.

For those concerned about the leveler being bent; it is meant to come that way. Instructions are provided (pic included) with how to straighten it. Once straightened it is structurally sound with the wires taut. Everything looks to be in great condition when I opened it. This kit was the best deal I could find and Amazon included a 5% coupon. It's perfect for a beginner home baker like me. If I become much more skilled than I currently am I may invest in a few things. However nothing is flimsy, damaged, or looks like it will be only good for a few uses. I could see these items holding up for a few years or longer.

I love my cake set I bought, I would have gave it 5 stars, but the icing tips are not marked what number they are which is frustrating. They should be numbered so beginners like me will know what tip they are, I had to go on line and look up the tip I was using to see the number for it thank goodness for Pinterest it helped in identifying the tips too. Other than that everything worked well. Very pleased. It dose t tell you the tips aren’t numbered, So if you want your tips numbered don’t buy this .......just fair warning

Got this for my sister's birthday. She's just going into baking and wanted all the tools to start out right. She loves it!

Well where do I start, first of all this is a high quality product. My friend has been decorating cakes for 15 years and she was so impressed with the quality I got for such a great price. Second, the company owners have reached out to me 3 times since placing my order just to make sure that I’m satisfied, that the product has met my expectations, and they’ve even sent me tips and recipes for using the product. I must say they have went above and beyond with customer service! I highly recommend not only this product but the company seller behind the product as well.

I bought this because it seemed like a fairly comprehensive package of supplies. It seems good for the price. I do wish the tips were labeled as the Wilton ones are. It's hard for a beginner like me to remember which tips do what and most tutorials give the name of the tip. Since they aren't labeled however, I can't really match them up. I also wish it would include some of the bigger tips that are popular right now and a ruffle/rose tip.

Based on the price, the goods are good. But of course, if you expect very high quality products, they are not. I bought some wilton stuff for main use and these goods will only be for assisting use. The return post fee is too high from Australia, not worth returning it.
