All you have to do is squeeze and enjoy. It's that easy. This has B vitamins in a bioavailable liquid. MIO is a high-quality water enhancer that can give you up to 24 glasses of water per bottle. Truly a great value. Plus, it got my mother to stop drinking carbonated flavored water.

I love Mio. It helps me get the water in. I also have a preference for taste and the extra bonus of the vitamins. The picture describing which Mio it is, is different from what I recieved. I got the regular Mio Orange/Tangerine instead of the vitamin Infused Mio of the same flavor. I wouldnt have ordered so many of the regular Mio.
