These were lifesaver for my husband while he was going through some medical issues. Allowed him to be mobile and active and confident great product. Allowed him to have the freedom to go out with friends and family and not just sit in the house as often incontinence can do. Tried several products and we were so happy to find these.

The quality is not good! Product leaked, was uncomfortable and the design did not keep me dry!

The picture clearly shows 3 white buttons on the shorts which says in the right up gives 3 points of greater stability. The truth is there are no 3 points. They are just like the other sets sold using the correct picture. I bought this set because I thought it was different. It's NOT

Having had a prostate condition causing me urinary incontinence, I can now jog and pee all at the same time with no interruptions to my 3 mile run. Talk about multi-tasking! A Great Product.

The package came with no instructions but there isn't much to it. The underwear containing a silicone collector with a drain on the bottom, some hose, and a collection bag. The silicone collector is sewn to the outer part of the brief and for some odd reason, there is an inner sheer fabric covering the entire opening of the collector. The idea is to wear the briefs, your genitals would fit inside the collector and when you pee, it would drain into the bag. The first problem is the fabric covering, it prevents you from fully getting into the collector. The fabric covering, while allowing urine to flow thru, will absorb some urine and stay wet. This could be absorbed into the lining of the briefs and I would imagine be quite uncomfortable after some time. The listing describes this being used for the bedridden. I don't see how this is possible since the drain is at the bottom at will only work if the person wearing it can position it drain-side down. Without being in a standing position, the urine will go anywhere except down the drain. This needs to be used in standing or otherwise upright position to be able to drain without leaking

I think they are headed in the right direction with this bit of kit. However, the portion of the product that goes over ones business needs a redesign. I feel like they should have used a design that would envelop ones member, as this would have kept leaks to a minimum. As it stands, this can only be used when standing, and the cloth piece inside of the clear portion is not such a great idea is it will get covered in fluids, and not be sanitary at all. The shorts are decent, not the most comfortable, but not horrible. I also feel that it should have came with a better attachment method for holding the bags to the leg, the strings are kind of silly to be honest.
