Very complicated item. Pumping device is not working or damaged

Great quality product, but critical information missing – buyers beware! Both the pump and the bed are of great quality—no complaints about the build or performance. However, the listing failed to mention a critical detail: the pump runs on 110V 60Hz, which is incompatible with the power supply in the UAE and India. Because this information was not disclosed, I plugged it in and the pump burned out within minutes. Unfortunately, this was only discovered after reading the fine print on the back of the pump after it was already damaged. While I accept some responsibility, this kind of oversight from the seller is unacceptable. If you are purchasing this for use in the UAE or India, you must buy a voltage converter separately. This is a serious miss, and in my opinion, products like this should not be sold in these regions without proper warnings. Great product—but the listing needs to be transparent to avoid costly mistakes.

This went onto a hospital bed because the mattress was good but firm. It did give my husband relief from pressure sores as well as a good nites sleep. We had NO noise from the air machine that we hung on the end of the bed. I bought the complete set with padding and was well pleased with it I also use a fitted sheet to cover all of it. It does slid a little but not a lot. He does not feel the wave motion but I’m sure it is there. My husband and I are WELL PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE AND HOPE IT CONTINUES. This also will fit a regular twin size perfect. Our mattress is bariatric so there might be a one to 2 inch gap from each side of the mattress but it doesn’t effect the performance it does. My husband lays perfectly on it! I would buy again.

This is a very good idea if you have to be in bed for a long time. It really helps one not to get bedsores. I found this one to be very comfortable. It met my needs and expectations. I would buy it again.

Bed was nice and not too difficult to assemble. My footboard had two dents and a permanent scratch which I was not expecting.

This mattress pad really helped change our sleeping experience with my husband's recent diagnosis of ALS. He is almost always uncomfortable in every sleeping position because he has to remain in a recliner and we needed to be able to adjust the softness on any sleeping surface. The pad fits great on his hospital bed AND his 4z power lift recliner (with a fitted sheet) and it's honestly not bad on his permobile m3 wheelchair. We both love the alternating air pressure and the amount of adjustable softness/hardness. I can help him get comfortable and stay comfortable all night and not have to worry about moving him as much. I personally wouldn't recommend replacing manual body position adjustments to avoid bed sores with this item solely, but we have surely been able to go longer between position adjustments. Install was quick and easy and it seems to be easy to keep clean. I'd recommend the extra pad even though it seems over priced. You have to have the pad inflated to button the pad to the mattress so it doesn't move on you! Maybe those buttons are why it's so expensive!

This air mattress was perfect for my tetraplegic husband after back surgery as he was essentially stuck in bed for about 4 weeks. It works much better than a more popular medical brand one that we had tried in the past. He is 230 lbs, so it does flatten out somewhat under his butt if he is sitting up on it for an extended period of time, but it still works good for sitting and great for laying/sleeping. He has been tetraplegic for 32 years and has always had good skin, so I don't know how it would be if someone had compromised skin, but I haven't seen any red marks at all on him after using this for a month now. Look at the measurements, because the inflatable part of the queen size is only 52 x 72 inches after inflating, which is smaller than a queen mattress. We normally use the medium setting with static off to keep the air circulating.
