Gran calidad
Es mucho mรกs de lo que esperaba, su calidad es muy buena y la firmeza que te da para tocar los puntos de la espalda es impresionante. Una verdadera herramienta de tratamiento para contracturas.

Brilliant for really tight lower back/glutes
One of the best things I've bought for back pain. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and my lower back is always locked tight. I have spent a fortune on various gadgets over the years, most to be thrown away - but this was a brilliant purchase. It's very heavy, but what I find brilliant is I can control exactly where it's going and your own weight gives the pressure you need. This isn't for you if you can't handle deep pressure, but for those of us who need deep and intense relief, it's perfect. You can also move yourself to get to the painful bits, and it really does give good pain relief in that area after using it. It's very well made, you can tell it's a quality item and should last for years if you're concerned about the price. I find it very easy to use; it just takes a few minutes to work out the best spots on your back for you. I also have the lobster made by the same company for the shoulder area, which I also find helpful.

This is a solid and effective self-care tool.
I purchased Lil' Mum Back Trigger Point Massager, Aug 2024. I've been incorporating it a couple of times a week into my evening bedtime yoga routine. I really like its weight and solidity. The silicon texture "grips" my mat and stays put. There's a bit of a comfort learning curve, to relax over the shape of it with all the poky bumps... but those bump hit ALL the right spots! THIS WEEK, LIL' MUM REALLY PROVED HER WORTH. I took a hard tumble - not seriously hurt, but my whole body, especially spine, was stiff and out of kilter all afternoon. That evening, I carefully positioned Lil' Mum, gently lowering my weight down onto it at each recommended location. (I was very glad to have been practicing before I was hurt.) At mid-back positions, with a couple of deep exhales, I experienced a half dozen spontaneous vertebral adjustments! This was instantly followed by a sense mental clarity and alertness...like waking up from the brain fog I'd been in all since falling. (IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I did not hit my head in the fall, or I'd have gone straight away for a medical exam.) Yes, it's a bit pricey. But is it too pricey for a well-made, effective self-help tool? Worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. I'd first ordered one of the less expensive versions... hard, smooth plastic...no weight, no give. Useless. I returned it for a refund and decided to take a chance on Lil' Mum. NO REGRETS!

Fantastic trigger point massager
So happy with this firm (not foam) massager. This is the one to get and not one of the less expensive knockoffs. Well worth the price. Iโm not as sore and need chiro less often since using this item.

Excellent piece of kit
Excellent piece of kit.... Forget Physio, acupuncture, osteopaths, posture straps etc... Just purchase Little Mum ... If you don't want the pain do the treatment on something soft like a bed... If you can stand the pain do the treatment on a hard floor.. Within a few days you will walk straighter and your back will be less painful.
