I love a simple affordable powder and this is a prime example fo one. Not too heavy, Not to light, just right. Sits very well and does not leave a cakey look.

Pleasantly surprised. I was lucky enough to get a free viral Charlotte Tilbury travel powder compact. Texture and effect were excellent, though the available shades didn't quite hit the mark. I found No.7, which made a great dupe, though warm tones were too orange, neutrals were too pink. Then, I tried e.l.f.'s Halo Glow--awful--skin looks better without it. Took a very conservative gamble and gave this a go--perfect texture, perfect shade for warm/olive, medium-toned greasy skin!!! If you are of mixed race, give this brand a go--the shades can't be beat!!!

This works as good as $75 similar finishing powder or mineral equivalent. Where have you been all my life “elf”?! Wowza. I mean this. It is somewhat fragile. Do NOT drop this compact. It also has an Extremely difficult too open edge unless you have strong nails! Interesting how such a great product has some odd packaging. But oh well. Price point is extremely important so I can deal with that. For quality ~ and the positive ~ it will not accidentally open in a purse.

Goes on light, no caking, no clumping. Adds light coverage with a hint of sparkle. I use a make up brush to apply. Love it!

This is an ok product, it is too loose for my taste. But still if I had to I would buy again.

The BEST finishing powder I’ve ever used, and it’s only $5!! It’s extremely blurring, smoothing, LASTS ALL DAY SERIOUSLY!! And doesn’t break you out!! I have acne prone combination skin and this is the best thing I’ve ever used for my skin! For instance, I’ve used numerous different types of finishing powders such as fit me, loreal, Milani, neutrogena, Mac, kimchi, and my favorite one was the Charlotte tilbury airbrushed setting powder. However, it’s extremely pricey and out of my budget range. Furthermore, I decided to go with the one and only elf! I didn’t have high expectations due to it being drugstore and only being $5…and boy was I wrong IT’s BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE IMAGINED. It’s just as good as the Charlotte tilbury one if not BETTER! Loyal costumer from now on will repurchase forever!!!

Super fine and great coverage for setting. I use it under eyes to set concealer. It works better then most.

I love this powder. My foundation stays on perfectly for the entire day.

I read the reviews before I brought it, and thought it can't be that tiny, but it is! I was quite shocked when it arrived and thought what a waste of money, however, I have been proven wrong. So, one - I have very sensitive skin and I have had no problems using this. Two- I have dark patches on my face which I am very conscious about. I have been having trouble for a very long time keeping my foundation from sliding of my skin by the end of day. In my job, I do not have time to reapply, so I have been searching for something that suited my skin tone (Olive) , did not irritate my skin and stayed put. This does it brilliantly. You do not need a lot, just a very and I mean a very light dusting, as I have mature skin and do not want my face to look cakey. It is blooming brilliant, my makeup stays put. My confidence has increased. It may not suit everyone, each has different skin tones, issues, but I will be buying more and pray they never discontinue this product.
