used for 3 months
I got these for my mom after her hearing aid place were hesitant to service/clean her 8-year old pair of regular over-the-ear-battery-expensive hearing aids. She used them daily until she decided she didn't want to live any longer with the reduction in life that her stroke last year left her with. We were a bit challenged with getting the volume right for her to watch TV. And trying to remember when I needed to put them on the charger overnight so that she wouldn't be inconvenienced. I don't know about the Noise cancelation and sound quality, but they definitely fit-the-bill for the very low price. I will be giving them to one of her friends or donating them.

Great sound enhancers
These are sound enhancers NOT hearing aids. They are great sound enhancers and I would recommend them for that but they don't filter out other sounds which is what I was hoping they would be able to do to at least a slight degree,

Great product at an awesome price.
I love these hearing amplifiers. They work perfectly. Easy to adjust the volume and the push button for the high/low filter is a very nice feature. Sound quality is very good.

Not so good for me
Was hard to get situated and adjusted so it would not squeele into your ear every time you try to adjust the sound for different situations.

They worked great till the batteries would not take and hold a charge !q
These amplifiers worked great for about 3 months, but about three weeks ago they both developed troubles with their batteries to the point that there is no volume control, I can't use them anymore. They worked

Easy to use and rechargeable.
Got these for my mother who was struggling to hear and couldn't afford hearing aids. For the price I decided to try them and they worked great! No batteries is a plus! I would definitely recommend them.
