This is a good extra large cuff but calibrating instrument and instructions missing from the box. Would've given 5 stars but for missing parts.

This is a lifesaver for obese patients and when you need to take BP on the thigh. Because the cuff is larger though, the bulb is a little bit more difficult to press than your regular BP. I've been looking for a large cuff for several months and this is the first available one. As I said complete lifesaver,

After using this maybe 10-20 times at most it has developed a hole in the airbag part somewhere. I can hear it hissing as it escapes out, so this is completely useless now.

This is working fine, just did not come directions on how to calibrate when needed. They sent the screw driver for calibrations, but not how to. Maybe this is something I a should know already, but I am not sure.

It's impossible to find bp cuffs for arms that are bigger than XL. They're not out there. So I took a chance on a thigh cuff. It works! Yay for my creative thinking :)
