We replaced our traditional heavy stainless with these and I was skeptical due to the lightness. Surprisingly durable and I have to admit I like the look of them much better than the stainless we replaced. The black coloring is enhanced by the pattern on the handles. We gotten lots of compliments and actually ordered another set. Definitely recommend.

I bought the matte black about 2.5 years ago. I came back to buy another set of these because we have misplaced one or two here and there over the last 2.5 years and I want to bulk back up again. I realized I wanted to share with everyone though that after 2.5 years of almost daily washing in a dishwasher, the worst wear and tear I have seen is maybe a tiny fleck on the edges of the a fork or two... and it's not even really that noticeable because the "exposed" part under the black is basically just a shiny black. I was really hesitant to buy these at first because I was afraid the black would just chip off immediately and look tacky, but years later I am happy to say this was the smartest investment because these things still look practically new. And we are HARD on silverware! 2 adults and 3 kids, party guests, dishwasher abuse... these are worth every single penny and MORE. Buy them! Everyone compliments them every time I have guests over to this day!

I had originally purchased this set back in 2020 and over the years I misplaced a few of them. I assumed that I could just buy a new matching matching set to increase what I already owned. Unfortunately in the past four years the quality of this product has seen a marked decline. You can physically feel the difference just having them in your hand. The newer ones are significantly thinner and lighter and obviously not nearly as durable, I don't expect them to last very long. So, when looking at reviews keep in mind that many of the positive reviews might be from the previous and more durable iteration and might not reflect what you are purchasing today.
