A wonderful quality icing sugar.
A fine quality icing sugar. This is the big 1kg sized box. Unsurprising perfect for making icing, (or fondant as it now seems to be known. Or frosting as the Americans say). Mix it with beaten egg whites for proper, Royal Icing, which after a few days will turn hard. Perfect for a birthday or Christmas cake. (Don't forget the thick layer of marzipan.) Also perfect for making a fudge type filling, or a buttercream topping. Delicious. I hope you found this review helpful.
