Got this as a Christmas present and it’s been a year and still doing good

Got this to replace my daughter's lost phone. Since we didn't have the SIM card, we had to take it to AT&T to get her number switched to this phone. It was no problem at all! I did order the specific AT&T unlocked phone. To find the different carriers at the top, tap on the carrier or "unlocked" under the phone pic, and it will give you a menu. If there is a Verizon or AT&T specific phone, it will be listed there. Maybe everyone knows that, but it took me a minute to figure out. You can also see if there are other colors too! Really happy with this purchase so far! Would definitely buy from this seller again!

I ordered this phone from YY Wireless about a year ago, network-locked with AT&T, with the assumption that I would be able to unlock it if I needed to. A year later, I moved abroad and attempted to unlock my phone so I could get a new plan in the country I moved to, only to find out that I could not unlock my phone because whoever sold the phone to YY Wireless never finished paying it off. I reached out to YY Wireless about it, and they more or less said this was not their problem. I asked them for an official product policy stating that their phones may still have unpaid balances, because I was never informed of this risk upon purchase. They did not provide one. The phone itself is completely fine and works very well, but YY Wireless not disclosing that there was an upaid balance is dishonest and has caused me a great inconvenience. I will likely end up needing to buy a new phone, even though the one I have is perfectly fine. And on top of that, because it cannot be unlocked, it is virtually useless in the country I am in now, where there is no AT&T service. I highly recommend avoiding YY Wireless.

Screen starting coming off 2 days after arrival, but the seller provided free shipping for return.

No Scratches or issues, works like new!

Phone works well, came with a cable and charger. Battery does not last as expected once fully in use, Screen has some fairly bad scratches and back has burn in marks from former case it was in. Overall I would not consider this refurbish phone in good condition (which is what I purchased) but under acceptable. Will use for a few days to test but most likely return.

The phone right out of the box was disappointing. The screen was scratched all over, and immediately when I turned it on, it started overheating. The basic apps on the phone keep shutting down or refusing to open altogether. All around, disappointing purchase.

The phone sold to me is reported as stolen by AT&T, and can't be added to their network.
