Clear Sound Quality and Comfortable Fit
I recently purchased the New Bee M51 Bluetooth headset, and I am impressed. The sound quality is clear, whether I'm listening to music/podcasts or taking calls. One of the standout features of this headset is its comfortable fit. It is provided with three ear cushion sizes to ensure a secure fit. The feel of the earpiece is nice, allowing me to wear them for extended periods without any discomfort. Pairing the headset with my devices was easy thanks to its Bluetooth connectivity. The wireless range is pretty impressive too, giving me the freedom to move around the house on different floors without being tethered to my device. The microphone delivers clear voice transmission, even in relatively noisy environments. I haven't worn down the battery yet after my first charge, but recharging is a snap as the case can be plugged into a standard USB port or charger and this will charge the headset when it is in its slot in its case. I especially like that when you open the case, the case shows the amount of charge on the headset. I recommend this Bluetooth headset to anyone in the market for a reliable and high-quality audio solution. With its impressive sound quality, good price, and comfortable fit, it's a great product.

A honey of a deal from New Bee
This is a really nice bluetooth headset for mobile phones, tablets, etc. It comes with a recharging case, so you can charge the case and then put the headset in it for multiple recharges; I find this a huge convenience. The case has a countdown LCD that shows you the remaining battery life, so it is easy to know when you need to recharge the case. Bluetooth connection to my iPhone was easy, and I have had no issues with disconnections etc. The headset is VERY comfortable, in fact the most comfortable of any headset I have ever owned. I like that most of the electronics and battery are in the portion that sits behind your ear, which puts the weight of the unit back behind the ear where it is supported by the ear, and thus the headphone never feels like it is going to fall out of my ear. I can easily wear the M51 all day long with no fatigue. The controls are easy to use, and the sound quality is good. People I am talking to on my phone can hear me with no problems, and I can hear them easily as well. Lastly, from prior experience, I know that New Bee's customer service is easy to reach and attentive should you need them. Overall, this is a great headset at an attractive price, and I recommend it highly.

One of the better ones
So from my experience with these types of headsets (I have 15 to 20 littered in drawers), they last anywhere from 2 to 6 months. Something always goes wrong, even with more expensive ones. Battery, mic stops working, earpiece stops, static developers on either reciever or callers end, charging stops, buttons stop working and on and on. So far this sucker has lasted 3 months and still works great. The only thing is the charging cradle started being sketchy. The contacts turned on the headset itself, probably from sweat. Thankfully it has a back up port built in and works great. It's very quick to connect and VERY consistent at connecting to both my phones simultaneously. Thankfully, it gets loud enough and then some. I had many that had you wishing for a couple more clicks up in volume. The sound quality will vary with the type of earpiece you choose. If it's loose, it will sound a little tinny but will still be loud enough. Adjustments are decent and it holds a lot better than others, so you don't have to constantly adjust it. That means it's less likely to fall off when you tilt you head and are outside sweating. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you need something loud and clear enough in noisy outside environments. Callers haven't complained about background noise, so I guess the noise reduction is working very well. Battery life has been EXCELLENT.

Good value
Works well. The ear hook is a bit thick and could be thinner.

And overall improvement to th M50 headset
Upgraded from my New Bee M50 from about 2 years ago due to its usb-c port failed. It was an easy fix if you have rudimentary electronics skills and a soldering iron. But I bought this new M15 headset anyway. How is it different? aside from the self activating charging case, there are actually some differences between the two headsets, even though it shared many of the fundamental technologies such as bluetooth chipset and noise cancelation processor. Both are capable of handling two devices paired and connected, and have the build in mute button that everyone loves. While the main gripe on M50 users revolves around fitting issues, the M51 overall was designed with the focus to over come those short coming with better ergonomics in mind, and it does achieve that goal. However with some sacrifices such as: Smaller speaker driver. M50 has a large conventional speaker, which deliver richer sound, where as M51 relies on a speak stem which allow better in ear fitting, but the audio is less rich, but slightly louder. Smaller headset battery. The battery compartment is obviously smaller to achieve a better fitting, means shorter talk time. But now you can use battery from the case to charge your headset. I do notice there might be a bit of a parasitic drain if you leave the headset in the case for a while , but I haven't fully confirmed it. Interestingly enough the charging case is bidirectional PD. If you have it plugged into a usb charger that might be under powered, such as a small solar panel, it will drain the charger base's battery. And no, it cannot charge other USB devices with this mechanism, as I have tested that theory. Both headsets are fantastic, especially for those need to be on a call for many hours in noisy environments. the M51 is very capable for most application where you need to be connected for 10+ hrs on a shift. However M50 boasts a full 24hr+ talk time, for those who require something mission critical for extended operations. Something to note is that the first M51 I've received had a defective charging case battery life counter where the digits were not formed properly . New Bee Support was responsive, but their answer was dubious telling me that it will resolve itself. Being someone who's somewhat electronically capable didn't buy that answer , so I've simply exchanged for another one. Gotta love that Amazon exchange policy. Second headset was flawless, and I've using for a full month wth no issues. So whats the take away? M51 is a great upgrade from the M50 and it is suitable for most everyone. Unless you have a need for the continuous 24+hr talk time (which I do sometimes) , and better sounding driver. Then you'd want the M50.

Perfect for work and very comfortable — my husband loved them!
I bought these New Bee headphones for my husband, who needs them for work (he’s a truck driver), and he absolutely loved them. They’re very practical, easy to use, and the sound quality is excellent — both for listening and for making calls. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, and the microphone picks up his voice clearly, even in noisy environments. The battery lasts a long time, which is perfect for anyone who spends hours on the road or on calls. They’re lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and the overall quality is great for the price. Definitely a great purchase. Highly recommended!

An okay product for the price
Battery life is great, but my biggest complaint is that it doesn’t stay in my ear without issue even when I changed the ear bud size. Quality is decent for price and the sound quality to hear is excellent. I haven’t heard too much feedback on how I sound using it so it must not be too bad.

good great
The headset is sleek and compact, making it easy to carry around and use wherever I am. The earpiece fits perfectly in my ear and doesn't fall out even when I am moving around a lot. The overall design is minimalistic yet modern, which I really appreciate. Its dual ENC mic mute feature has been a game changer for me, especially when I am on important business calls. The noise cancellation technology ensures that my voice is crystal clear to the person on the other end, even in a noisy environment. And the fact that I can mute the mic with just a press of a button is extremely convenient. The battery life of this headset is also impressive. With 24 hours of talk time and a whopping 180 days of standby time, I don't have to worry about constantly charging it. This is perfect for long business trips or days filled with back-to-back calls. I have not faced any connectivity issues or dropped calls while using this headset. The audio is clear and crisp, and I can hear the other person on the call perfectly. Even when I am in a noisy environment, the noise cancellation technology works like a charm and I can hear the other person without any distractions.
