Functionality
Delivery was done on time. Easy to install. Product is good. Cooling well! Storage capacity is good. We got it to store medicines in the clinic! Looks elegant and is worth the value for money!

Never buy this item . Not working (cooling) at all after 5 days of installation and no technician visited or responded over phone.Delivery taken on 12th may'25 and machine is not functioning since 22 nd may'25Wouldn't like to given even single star.Worst experience with this productZero value for money

Good for bachelors or a family of 2–3 people. It saves electricity too, consuming only 45 watts to cool. The outer body heats up a little—probably due to thinner walls—but nothing serious. The small chiller works well and produces ice cubes in about an hour if kept in super cool mode.

Economical and compact, but may need service engineer to install
The minifridge didn't work out of the box. However BlueStar customer service responded quickly. Service engineer attended to it & got it fixed within 24 hours.Has been working fine since then.

Service not good
Very poor quality refrigiratior I but it last month 18 April 2025..and after 15 it's internal light not working..I complaint toll free number of blue star. They issue me compliant number but after 5 days the problem still pending..technician not visit..very poor service by the side of blue star..

Thermostat functionality
Good product, cooling nicely, ice is also forming in the freezer. But the thermostat is not functioning properly. Whenever the same operates to put the compressor idel, the same is true on again (restart) after defrost of the freezer only. Hence all the cold edible material kept inside the freedge getting heated to the ambient (room) temperature.
