Okay, I got the iPhone 15 Pro, when I turn it on the battery only had 20 percent charge. Then I charge it up and set it up and transfer everything from my old phone. Then I went to the Apple store and had them check the phone out. The results is the phone is in good shape, battery is at 89%. No major problems. Thank you, I will coming back to this company again.

I went with the Good condition option which they list as 80% plus battery and possible minor scratches. When it arrived I was happy to see there were no scratches at all, which was a nice surprise for this price range. The price was amazing too, honestly one of the best deals I have seen for an iPhone 15 Pro. You are getting a lot of phone for the money here. The battery could be better honestly. For a Good condition rating I expected a bit more out of it so just something to keep in mind if you are a heavy user. Now the camera is where this phone really shines. I took some test shots and included them in this review so you can see for yourself what it can do. I was genuinely impressed with the quality. All the parts are original which I appreciated and overall for the money I paid I think it is well worth it. TechDeals packed it well and everything arrived as described. Just go in knowing the battery is not going to blow you away and you will be happy with this purchase. This is the first time I've purchased an iPhone in refurb condition. However, I have had good experiences with Amazon resale/refurb products. I have to admit to being a bit hesitant and concerned about the actual quality of the phone, especially the state of the battery. Perhaps the fact that the phone arrived a few days before the expected delivery date range was a good omen. I specifically chose Amazon as the shipper/seller of the item. I felt that if there was any problems, having Amazon as the seller would entail less hassles with the resolution process. Fortunately, there were no major issues with iPhone. The front screen was scratch-free. There was some odd substance on the titanium sides (it seemed to be glue/adhesive residue). In general, the appearance was very good/excellent. The screen does not seem to retain much of the oil/fingerprint resistance feature. But, considering it was manufactured in 2024, this reduced aspect is to be expected. I think I'll eventually add a screen protector to deal with easy cleaning and additional protection of the screen. I ran apple diagnostics, and it passed on all the tests, indicating apple parts and functions. And, while the promise is for battery over 80% (I ordered the 'Renewed-Excellent'), it actually rated at 90%, with 591 cycles. I consider it a win. After transferring from my older iPhone, I only had to redo login/password for a few apps (financial and health apps, which makes sense that they're more secure). And, it was easy to transfer the esim to the 15Pro, too. Ordered a case today, which should arrive tomorrow. I'll be researching and ordering a screen protector this weekend. Considering an Apple Certified Refurb of same model and storage would be close to $1000, this was a very good value. My thinking was the battery state was probably the vulnerable aspect. So, even if I had to replace the battery after the 90 day warranty, the $100 cost was still be a financial win. (Hopefully, the battery lives as long as my iPhone XR did, haha). Anyway, I feel I made a wise choice getting this 'Renewed-Excellent' iPhone 15 Pro/512gb via Amazon (I did research other refurb venues, btw). Picking Amazon as shipper/seller was the safe, smart move too, imho. I would only be happier if the batty capacity was 100% and it came with a screen protector. I rate the product and experience 4.75 - 5 stars, with a very high level recommendation.

There’s a little very small scratch on screen not so visible batteries 82 percent small percent should not be excellent refurbished. But All categories is working but easily to drain battery but you need get some tips to sustain the long life battery

Had an OLD iPhone 8 Plus and it wasn't doing so well on the battery or iOS updating so I could download newer apps. The NEW phone prices are frightening, so when I found that Amazon had refurbished/renewed phones I started looking to see what was available. Came across this and had around the screen size as the OLD phone, had way better everything! I was able to transfer easily from the OLD phone, everything came over. Besides reentering passwords or minor things like that - everything came over as it was. Since I could get the new iOS, was able to download apps and have more compatibility. The sound and screen are top notch quality and the screen size fits the entire display area. No more home button or top area of wasted space - all screen now. It's an iPhone so it looks sharp and professional. The phone came really fast and was super easy to set-up. Seems like a brand new phone, no visual signs of use, screen is clean and clear, audio is crisp and clear, and the iOS is much better than what I was used to. Couldn't afford to justify spending $ on actual NEW phone and this is the perfect alternative for my needs (probably way more features than I'll be able to figure out, lol). Spending really big bucks just to have the latest/greatest gadget isn't necessary, but keeping up to date is a necessity for modern life today. Thank goodness folks refurb/renew phones for a "new" life - it's just what I was needing to keep up with modern tech.

This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had with Amazon. The package was marked as delivered by 9:48 AM, but when I checked the package delivery room, it wasn’t there. I searched the entire building and even checked nearby buildings with the same apartment number, but still couldn’t find it. I contacted the third-party seller multiple times but received no response throughout the day. After hours of searching, I finally found the package thrown into the unwanted mail bin in the mail room. Considering this was a high-value package, it should have required a signature, delivery code, or some form of secure delivery. Instead, it was carelessly left there, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. I’m not sure whether the fault lies with the delivery service or the third-party seller, but overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I strongly suggest that potential buyers contact the seller in advance and request a more secure delivery method for high-value purchases. That said, I am satisfied with the product itself. The battery health was 99%, and there were only barely visible scratches. Because of the product quality, I’m giving it 3 stars.

Iphone works great, but came a little dirty. Battery is 86% and no parts were changed, so this is not a refurbished phone but a used one, in good condition. I was hoping to get more battery health (it still is above promised of 80%) but I once bought a similar phone with 100% battery. Over all I'm happy with the purchase. Thank you seller. (really fast shipping BTW)

Phone is in perfect condition. Was fully reset and unlocked. FaceTime working on it too. Battery life at 94% still and not a scratch on it. Very happy!
