Update: Wodio (Seller) provided a replacement headset, and this headset works flawlessly. It seems that the broken headset was an anomaly, and Wodio made it right. They were extremely communicative and helpful. I would absolutely recommend buying their products. Their customer support was top-notch. Purchased the headset on Sept. 4, 2025, and it broke today (January 4, 2026). I home office and rotate the headset on three different phones (unplug it from one phone when the battery was low, and plugged it into another). The headset worked great until it broke. I only had it for four months, so I am very unhappy with its longevity (or lack thereof).

My wife absolutely loves these. She uses the phone a lot. She has a mute button that is easy to access, good volume and volume control and She can also hear and pay attention to everything that is going on around her. A great headset for work, or even for. Your home phone if you have one.

Works great with my Panasonic wireless phone system. Very good sound quality. Volume up / down works great and has a mute button. Fits the head very comfortable. Highly recommended.

1) Amazing volume! Using with a Panasonic cordless phone (thus the 2.5mm plug) and am amazed by the volume. Have had to turn the volume on the handset/this headset down to accommodate. Have had several of these plug-in headsets over the years (used to attend 6 - 8 hours of virtual meetings a day back when the audio was on a phone and the material was on a PC screen so a headset was a must) and have always run all volume at max. 2) Microphone being on a flexible stalk give is more adjustability than the fixed ones that will only rotate up or down. 3) Microphone stalk will rotate almost 360 degrees meaning the headset can be worn with the speaker on the right side or the left. Important if one ear is better than the other - or just personal preference. 4) Only downside is that, while the headband can be adjusted for length, for me the longest setting is too short. It is just a bit tight and would be nice to be able to lengthen a bit. Minor annoyance, though.

Great headset for my Panasonic portable phones. I love that it is sturdy and has a control to mute or control the device. I clip the phone to my shirt put the headset on and clean my house while on the phone!

I bought this headset to replace another one whose microphone bar was not sufficiently adjustable and did not have effective noise cancelling. This set fits the bill - the noise cancelling is effective and the microphone is situated on a very flexible bar which enables me to get closer and not have to hear "...you are going faint again!..." So far so good. The ear-phones are comfortable and the head bar adequately adjustable so there is a snug fit. The provision of a volume control in line is very welcome so that I can adjust the sound for those callers who are very faint or too loud. I also like the mute switch as I never can remember where it is on my handsets! I have not had the set for very long so cannot comment on its robustness, but if it is treated properly it should serve well for a long time.

I use this with the bt diverse 7110 plus single dect. It plugs into the side of the handset and works perfectly! Great headset! I just wish I’d bought one sooner. You can turn the volume up & down, you can also mute yourself. Awesome!

Over the years I have bought 3or 4 headsets of this type for my landline (DECT) phone. I have been delighted with the sound quality using this headset, I can hear the caller more clearly than ever before, and I am told people can hear me very clearly as well. I have used this for 4 weeks now and am very happy with it.

Heat head set , not to heavy on the head, and light weight, comfortable for all day use,
