Does what it says on the box - we purchased two extra add-on chimes for the hard of hearing in our house (yours truly!). We have 3 in total - lounge, kitchen, bedroom - does the trick. We live in a large commercial property (guesthouse) so some distance between all the chimes and doorbell but they all work perfectly - easy to install and so far very pleased - the doorbell is good too. we were able to set up for when the doorbell rings only as we live in a busy commercial street so didn’t want notifications every time someone walks past the front door. not sure how long the battery will last but bought a spare to charge up and swap as needed. Several good set up videos on you tube if you don’t like reading the booklet.

Just using as a chime, not bothering with storage option just yet.Easy to setup, good volume and good choice of chimes.My note on the install is that you go to add device - then scan the QR code on the bottom, so I had to unplug and wait for the red light to turn green. So top tip is scan the QR code before plugging in.After that usual rigmarole with a temp network, but you get voice prompts from the chime box itself.What a terrible job that must be for the young lady, being called on at all times of day and night, still better than being replaced by a machine I guess.Installed downstairs but can hear it upstairs which is better than I thought, it’s an Anker product made for Eufy.Anker are that rare thing a reliable newish brand.Recommended, often seems to be on offer.

Great doorbell when it’s finally up and running but I’ll will pre warn you all it’s does NOT STORE video on to any storage card whatsoever- 128gb so please don’t waste your money by purchasing a storage card as I’ve done so much research and putting a storage card in does absolutely nothing whatsoever and then when you put the storage card in it will say 117 GB left so what else is it using it ON ! We do not understand ! We’ve tried worked it out for ages, if you’re going into the chime section it’s got all the normal nice chimes stored anyway! so what is the storage card actually doing? It’s not storing any videos whatsoever so a complete waste of time. PLEASE don’t waste your money on a STORAGE card. Just use it as a normal doorbell it’ll be perfectly fine and works fine ! Just adjust the volume as you need thank you for reading.

This is a must have for the doorbell, very reliable and no delay. Has a led that changes to red if you miss a door bell press - which is easy to rely on at a glance in case you don’t hear it. Has the option to add an SD card if you wanted to connect the doorbell and use it as external storage - though this isn’t a requirement and can use purely as an alerting device.

Definitely worthwhile purchase to enable us to better hear when someone rings the bell as we were previously relying on Alexa who doesn’t cover every room. It took a couple of attempts to connect up but no issues once we had worked out where we might have gone wrong 🙂

This has always worked intermittently. I have contacted the customer support . I have tried to troubleshoot with all the information given and nothing is working. Recording is intermittent. If someone walks to the door it doesn't always capture it via the recording. The only time it makes a recording is if the delivery driver rings the bell, ringing the doorbell makes a recording everytime

It just perfect, its super loud, the app lets you choose chimes from a big selection and the volume through the Eufy app, it was very easy to connect to my doorbell, the quality is very nice, it works will with basically all MicroSD cards. Its small and compact which is nice.

I spent many hours -- even contacting Anker technical support and tried to setup this with back-and-forth conversations. Returned 1 device thinking it could be faulty, this one is my second chime. After 1 months, I am returning it as well unfortunately since we (me and Anker together) couldn't make it work. It's unbelievable as I have Eufy Doorbell E340 that's clearly stated as compatible but I couldn't setup this as a software engineer, cannot imagine someone who is not much tech-savy trying to setup this.Should've been much much simpler, or at least WORK AFTER HOURS AND COUNTLESS TRIES!!
