I needed something small and relatively discreet for the hallway, and this fit the bill perfectly. The item is plastic, not metal, despite what the description says. Its really easy to install…. BUT…. The pads supplied with the item had zero sticky, the adhesive had completely dried out. I had to go and purchase additional sticky pads in order to use the item. I should have sent it back really.

I bought this for the back of my front door I wiped the door down where I was going to place it ,then I dried it with a microfibres cloth. I left the door for over an hour then place the key rail up against the bottom of the half moon window . I have got to say it looks great on the back of the door , I use it to hang the dogs lead and harness on , also two clean masks for wearing on walks.The command key rail stuck to the door really well although I did leave it for a day before hanging anything in on it . I am really pleased with the key rail and have just bought another one for our back door. I always wash where I am going to hang and command hooks and leave it to dry , then I always firmly apply to the chosen surface and leave for at least 12 hours then hang whatever you need on it .I probably have too many command hooks but I love them . I have only had one command hook which wouldn’t stick and I ended up having extra sticky bathroom strips which solved the problem .

Excellent product, so easy to 'install' and does the job perfectly

I'm always losing my keys, they're either in my bag, jeans or jacket. I've put this in the hallway on the way out of my flat and it is great, it's gotten me into a habit of putting my keys on it whenever I come home. It's sturdy and looks good, I've even hung mostly empty tote bags and face masks on it as well as keys. Not sure what I'll do when I move flats, hopefully I can buy more adhesive strips for it

Does exactly it’s purpose, I used on the inside of my cupboard for key storage - out of sight! Brilliant

Initially, I found the instructions difficult to understand. However, after several readings, they appeared obvious, and it was easy to install. I liked the fact that no screws were required, and that it could be removed easily, with no damage to the paint. Looks good, does what it says: holds keys!

Good adhesion, easy to install. The hooks are lighter than I expected and feel cheap but do hold up heavy keys.Looks lovely and simple on my wall in the hallway - I would definitely purchase again
