I hope the MB5450 will be as much of a workhorse that its predecessor was
Replaces MB5350 which was a reliable workhorse for 8 years. This model is a little faster, but otherwise is equally as good as its predecessor.

Was habe ich mich in den letzten Jahren über HP Officejet Geräte geärgert: Totalausfälle nach 9-14 Monaten, enorme Verbrauchskosten, nervige Treiber und insgesamt das Gegenteil von stabil und günstig. Dagegen überzeugt der MB5450 (bei uns ohne Faxbetrieb) in jeder Hinsicht: Zunächst eine geniale Scan-Funktion. Beidseitiger Scan (Duplex ohne Wenden) mit leicht ansteuerbaren Verzeichnissen und übersichtlichen Optionen. Wir haben für die Tagespost zwar einen "richtigen" Scanner, aber der Canon macht seine Sache vor allem bei dem kleinen Scan zwischendurch, der möglichst direkt auf dem Arbeitsplatz landen soll, hervorragend. Schnell, gute Qualität und vor allem mit leicht ansteuerbaren Zielen - so will man das im Bürobetrieb haben. Die Druckfunktion ist einfach konfiguriert und funktioniert störungsfrei und ohne große Geräusche. Die Energiesparfunktionen (Nachtabschaltung, Standby) erfordern nicht wie bei HP Orgien der Konfiguration mit gigantischen Treiberpaketen, sondern sind schnell eingestellt und funktionieren problemlos. Die Duplexfunktion arbeitet aber nicht mit einfachem Papier, das ist aber bei vielen Druckern so. Das zweite Fach gibt es gratis und das für den Preis! Best Buy MFC Tinte in der Klasse bis 1000 Euro. Nachtrag: Das Gerät läuft keinesfalls mit "kompatiblen" Patronen. Unmittelbar nach Einsetzen der ersten schwarzen Patrone von "Alaska" schaltete das Gerät auf Störung mit Fehlermeldung 5501. Dann hilft nur noch ein Gerätetausch über einen Anruf beim Canon Service, der vorbildlich, kostenfrei und schnell abgewickelt wurde. In Zukunft nur noch Originalpatronen, die in Punkto Seitenpreis aber immer noch vertretbar sind.Darauf müsste der Hersteller deutlicher hinweisen! Einen Abzug bei der Bewertung rechtfertigt das aber nicht, weil die Funktionen des Druckers mit den Original-Patronen einwandfrei sind und man den Seitenpreis bei den Druck-Kosten immer mit den originalen Zubehörteilen rechnen sollte. Alles andere führte bei mir immer wieder (auch bei Lexmark, Brother und HP) zu Gerätedefekten, Störungen und/oder verschmutzten Druckköpfen/Papierwegen.

Wifi, Lan, 2 bac de feuille et une fonction scan photocopieuse (qui n'est pas top mais qui fait le taf pour quelques feuille d'affilé car chauffe vite et donc ralentis à une vitesse plus lente mais qui ne plantera pas). Pourquoi un choix malin ? Cartouche rechargeable + ancre officiel = cartouche beaucoup moins chère.

Ottima stampante nel complesso, la qualità su pagine di Word è buona anche se non a livello di una ottima laser. Piu che discreta anche la resa su foto. Il costo delle cartucce compatibile però toglie ogni possibile dubbio, il risparmio è notevole. Consigliata
