Not only this product has nutritional benefits for a healthier skin but it also plays a role in weight control.

Surprised at results! I am mom 1 year post delivery. I experienced alot of swelling all over face, stomach etc gained 50+ lbs after birth! I have tried different things, unfortunately due to some birth injuries I cannot exercise due to recovery of my foot. I tried this and have lost a total of 10lb in three weeks. This is without specific diet and no exercise. The swelling in my face causing double chin has completely gone down! My family noticed immediately. I have noticed I feel less hungry. Happy with the progress and the way I feel. I think I have even noticed skin appearance and sleep improvement. Well... I will continue this and provide update if anything changes.

This is my second bottle and no weight loss yet. I work out daily and eat very healthy. No sugar very little carbs almost none a day. I am a vegetarian. I don't eat pork or beef only chicken and fish and salads and vegetables. Hope this second bottle will help me lose a little weight. Although my appetite has changed. So,maybe change is on the way. I will write again later if I see change.

⭐ 1 Star (or less if I could) I have been taking Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Advanced Lean consistently for over two months, and unfortunately, it has done absolutely nothing that the company claims it should. One of the biggest selling points was supposed to be joint support and relief. I specifically started this supplement hoping it would help with my joint pain, but after months of daily use—both the capsules and the powder—my joints still hurt just as much as before. There has been zero improvement. What makes this even more frustrating is that I gave it more than enough time to “kick in.” I’ve been using the powder form for over three months now, and the results are still nonexistent. At this point, I truly feel the product is nothing more than false advertising. Supplements should provide at least some level of noticeable benefit after consistent use, but this one completely failed to deliver on its promises. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product at all. If you’re considering it for joint pain or other health claims, I suggest saving your money and looking for something that actually works. Final Verdict: A total waste of money—highly disappointing and misleading.
