Q: Does this support 10 gigabit speeds?

To make sure and be safe, you may want to look for CAT-6e jacks. Also, make sure you are using a CAT-6e data cable. I used these in a Gigabit environment. 10 gigabits will depend on a number of items, not just the Jack. Make sure you are within the distance limitations.

Q: Are there any certifications or test specs on these? i need to certify the network. i see nothing on poe. does it support up to 100w?

Our keystone support POE function The wattage depends on the Cables and other POE Equipments used , it will not be effected by our keystone because after all the keystone is just a connection between the cables

Q: Is there a Coax snap in version for the covers?

You will need POE Switch and EMS RJ45 doesn't support it
