It came in well packed. Double boxes for protection. Works well just got it today. It was sweet of the seller to add in the sheet face masks for free with a thank you note for supporting his/her business, shows they are humble. Definitely recommend the items as it does not bring out burning smell neither gets hots when u touch it.

I gave this product a chance AGAIN. I ordered it once and it worked for sometime but that too not in a satisfactory way. This is cheap. The top cover due to smoking burns. Battery runs out quickly. Soon the product broke. I ordered a second one, it does not charge or turn on. Please don’t waste your money on these losers that produce bad products.

Good quality and practical choice for having portable Bukhoor Burner. I liked that it switches off automatically after some time.

This device is perfect for your car, bathroom or other small spaces. Press the button and the electric burner turns on for 30 seconds while a small fan blows the scent into the air. It has a quick release of scent that fills the air nicely. For me I press the botton many times in different places of my apartment and charge it once a day.

Works well but there is a burn smell. Thankfully only the oud scent gets on clothes and not the burnt wood smell but I'm worried about future use
