These Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows were wonderfully fresh, soft, fluffy, and delicious! I even found myself eating a few straight from the bag while preparing my recipe! They have that classic sweet marshmallow flavor and a lovely, pillowy texture. I specifically purchased this 10 oz bag to make homemade soft and chewy popcorn balls for our little farmstand, and they turned out absolutely delicious! As you can see in my pictures, the marshmallows melted beautifully and helped hold the popcorn together while giving the finished popcorn balls that wonderful soft, chewy texture I was looking for. A helpful tip: My popcorn ball recipe called for the entire 10 oz package, so this bag was the perfect size! No measuring out partial bags or having leftovers. When making marshmallow popcorn balls, melt the marshmallows gently and stir until smooth before combining with your popcorn. This helps distribute that delicious marshmallow coating evenly. The mini size is especially convenient for melting because the smaller pieces soften quickly and are easy to stir. They’re also perfect for Rice Krispies treats, hot chocolate, homemade snack mixes, baking, or simply enjoying by the handful! The marshmallows were fresh, pleasantly sweet, and had a soft texture rather than being hard or dried out. The bag contains a generous amount for a variety of recipes, making it a convenient pantry staple and a good value for my baking needs. The ingredients are what you would expect from traditional sweet marshmallows. These contain corn syrup, sugar, modified cornstarch, gelatin, and other ingredients that give them their familiar sweetness and fluffy texture. They melted smoothly without any unusual taste or smell, making them perfect for my homemade popcorn balls. Helpful note: These contain gelatin, so they aren't suitable for vegetarians or vegans. I’m very pleased with how my popcorn balls turned out and will definitely be purchasing these again for future batches at our farmstand. El producto llegó en muy buen estado, tienen una textura esponjosa y de buen sabor, son pequeños como se muestran en las imágenes, con lo cual vienen muy bien acompañarlos de un chocolate caliente. El único pero sería el precio un poco elevado a mi parecer.
