For the price, this loom is great. It's a good size; easier to travel with than the hoops. I like that you can change the gauge by using the additional the pink colour pegs. I found it's a little hard to remove the pink pegs once added. Loom can feel a little unstable in it's centre like someone mentioned here in the comments but had no problems with the actual knit. Comes with a crochet hook, loom hook, pen case type yarn holder. Excellently presented; came with it's own gift wrap. I was more than happy with this item.

Great size loom for all projects. Very solid and well made, with the option of additional pegs for different thickness of yarns.

liked the facts it is long and can be used with all thicknesses of wool & wights of knitting also only needing one Loom for all sizes want to make But if using for shorter items NEVER use from one end as the end of knitting turns out slopped (i will TRY to add photo's from my tablet) also loom closes up so close in middle you cant get work through, so watch tension!! I bought 4 altogether 3 being for other people who have all said very flexible in use, you have to count number of pegs needed at middle, you need to use those, it still closes up a little but usable that work doesn't get trapped, I would have returned but only one I could find that has extra pegs so can be used for 4 ply and DK wool as well as Aron & chunky, I have looked to see if a brace could be used to hold open but of course you then cant get work through so needs to be made of another material that wont flex, I was hoping to find a wooden one with similar but couldn't

Having been looking to try loom-knitting for a while now and having researched several types of loom I decided on this one form KnitUK. I am so pleased I did! Very well priced and versatile, this loom comes with extra pegs to fit so that both thinner (i.e. double knit) or thicker (aran) or chunkier yarns maybe used. Also included are a stitch pick and a very helpful tool to help make the stitches easier to place, a large eyed needle and a pattern for a basic scarf. KnitUK also very kindly included the small gift of a stitch marker, which will be very useful. I have already completed the first few rows of my project and am very happy so far with the result. An excellent buy. I will certainly be adding more of these clever gadgets to my collection of crafting tools!

Bought this so I could knit blankets with one strand of DK yarn instead of having to double up on the larger gauge looms. Ordered late afternoon and it arrived the next morning. Packaging is reusable for storing the loom dust free which is a bonus for me and the environment. Loom is sturdy and extra pegs snap in easily and does not look like there’s any danger of them popping out when knitting (my Martha Stewart loom is terrible for this). I didn’t get the free crochet hook, but instead a couple of nice little stitch markers, which is perfect for me as I keep losing mine and I have dozens of crochet hooks anyway. Very pleased with this loom so I’ll be buying more from KnitUK in the future.

It’s really nice that with the extra pegs you can actually work with any yarn, thick or thin. The pegs can be easily put or removed. The difference of the colors of the pegs help you when you cast more complicated wraps. The only problem is that the loom is bending inwards at the middle part especially in bigger projects eventhough I didn’t put any tension when wrapping the yarn around the pegs. When I was making a scarf using half of the pegs I put a hard carton piece in the middle that helped to keep the loom from bending but with bigger projects you can’t do that in double knitting.
