The Best Japanese Say Sauce
This is the best-tasting Japanese soy sauce I've ever tasted. Authentic, complex flavor profile you can't get in any of the mass-market brands you find in the "Asian" aisle of your grocery store. Note: this is Japanese soy sauce. It's different from both light and dark Chinese soy sauce. They are not meant to be substituted for each other. All three are very different.

Better taste than supermarket brands
Saltier than we expected but very smooth and with more subtle flavours. Family prefers it to supermarket brands.

Very satisfied!
In spite of the cost I tried Nama Shoyu because I wanted a product that was natural. I re-ordered because the flavor is so much better than anything I've tasted before, without the after taste that I experienced from other products!

Great Soy Sauce Flavor
I thought, meh, give it a try. we love chinese / Japanese foods, and use it for making Jerky. This is my 2nd bottle/order. The flavor is solid, rich and pure. We keep it in the fridge, to keep that same flavor, even though it doesn't need it. Interesting note about the flavor, it's different, actually better than that brand sold in stores, that kinda has that bitter flavor. Clearly a step up in Soy Sauce.
