It was just what I expected it to be.

Easy to set up. Roomy inside with good height. Seems well made and seams are straight. Comes with storage/carrying bag, which is very handy. I like the pouch inside the tent which is where we stuck phones & car keys for easy access. Good rain dome for extra protection. This would be a great tent for any camper or small family.

OK, before we get into challenges, here's what I like about the Alpha Camp 2-person tent.1) It's lightweight, and could work well as a backpacking tent.2) Construction is sound, and materials seem to be good. The floor is a heavy duty material, and the upper is lightweight with plenty of air circulation possible3) I like the overhead storage mesh4) One corner of the tent as a velcro-closed access port to allow a power cord to go in without having to unzip the door (come to think of it, places I camp (Idaho) don't have electrical plugs for miles around, but you never know.5) The door zipper is smooth, and I like the door shape and entrance sheet above ground levelOK, challenges1) The tent is smaller than advertised! According to the manufacturer, the 2-person tent is 7'x6', so imagine my surprise when I stretched out in it and the top of my head touched one end and the soles of my feet touched the other. So I got a tape measure, and even after stretching the corners as far apart as possible the actual floor dimensions were 74" x 64". That's 10" shorter in length than advertised, and 8" shorter in the width.2) I do not recommend assembling this tent alone. I mean, I did, and I was able to manage it, but it took a LOT of pulling, stretching the tent, and multiple attempts before I was able to insert the overhead tent poles into the rods at each corner - at first I wasn't sure if I'd even be able to get it done. There are other tents out there that are a LOT easier to assemble than this one.Final thoughts...I will not use this tent unless under duress...I'm 6'1" and it's just too short for me. I don't relish the idea of my head touching one end of the tent and my feet the other.It's well constructed, but given the plethora of options out there, you don't have to settle for this one. I recommend looking at other options.3/5 stars

I got the red two person tent but it is not as big as I thought but it still works good for small one or two night camping trips. Definitely can not fit more than 2 people in there comfortably. It was very easy to set up without even using the instructions, probably took us about 20min. Easy to store away also and very affordable
