Be careful to get connections correct.
Works well once wired correctly. Comes with no connection details, just pictures on the product page. Pay close attention to colour positions. It took me 3 goes to get it correct.

It works, but check your pinout
I've had it running fine for a week on Ubuntu 26.04. I've got full 2.5Gbps bandwidth using iPerf3 between two computers. However, it took a while to get it working. I could see the device, but it didn't showed a cable plugged in. It took me several tries to get the correct pinount. The pinout is correct on the upper part of the image, not the lower part.
