This has the same ingredients and amount of those ingredients in each pill that I previously purchased from CVS pharmacy and Walgreens. This is just under a different name. AND CHEAPER THEN THEM..They work very well for me and is not hashing my stomach. My doctor suggested one a day for me. I didn’t file that advice. I only take them when I get to that point where I need them and I’ll start with one on the first Night.. then if nothing happens the next day I will take two that Night. By the third day, if , maybe one more. Everyone is different so I suggest you find your comfort zone and even show it to your doctor.. It’s mild, but it works..
