Durable and useful
These charts are handy to hang in the kitchen to asses what herbs and spices are friendly with foods. They are poly coated so no spaghetti sauce can damage them. Jim, my husband wanted to hang the sheets in the spice cupboard, so we got two sets. One of the pages is about growing herbs and not cogent to the rest of the information.

Valuable aid for cooking
Very thorough information. Laminated for protection. I keep it right with my spices for handy reference and can see myself using it often. I like to experiment and this chart gives me a leg up.

Meh!
It’s just okay. I like the lamination so it doesn’t get dirty, but it a lot of spices are missing and info is lacking. It’s not very useful.
